Lotus Biscoff is a popular Belgian caramelized biscuit, known for its unique spicy-sweet flavor, perfect with coffee, and also enjoyed as a spread, in desserts, or as ice cream, with the name being a portmanteau of "biscuit" and "coffee". Made from natural ingredients since 1932 by Lotus Bakeries in Lembeke, Belgium, Biscoff (also called Speculoos in some regions) offers a distinctive crunchy texture and rich taste.
